Returns and Refunds Policy


At HotGift, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us through our contact page.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modifications or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to fulfill your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products returned in their original packaging. However, we do not accept returns for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse. If you return an unapproved product without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before the item can be returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and the sender's name in the return package to facilitate quick processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once we receive your return, we may need up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once we confirm the items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date to process your return. If you have not received your refund after confirming processing and a successful return, please contact your financial institution.

We do not provide refunds on products that are used, worn or damaged due to normal use or misuse.

All refunds are processed in US dollars ($USD) based on the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with currency transactions or exchange rates.

Product Problems

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all instructions and precautions provided with the product and all available resources on our website. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion. If you experience any discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will help you resolve any issues or questions.

Damaged Products

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically damaged. Damaged shipping packaging, such as dented boxes, etc., is not considered damage if the product is in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged product, please send us an email and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for products damaged due to normal wear, tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
